E. GORDON WRIGHT

Known as “Touch of Keys” for his electrifying touch on the keyboard and piano, E. Gordon Wright has more than 25 years of excellence to his credit in music education and performance. He is a native Houstonian who began his music career at an early age playing for the local church, went on to study music privately at Ruthie School of Music and later participated in Middle & High-School Bands. After attending college he launched “Wrights Music Studio” and “Touch Of Keys Music Fine Arts” a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that provides music arts for After-School Music Programs & Summer Music Camps to much needed kids in low to moderate income families, serving as CEO.

Currently as a national recording artist he leads the Touch of Keys Jazz Band & tours locally & nationally! He currently serves as Music Director(MD) for Kitra Williams Preferred Leading Lady, starred in Oprah Winfrey’s Broadway Musical, The Color Purple, Tyler Perry’s ‘Diary Of A Mad Black Woman’ & T.D. Jakes ‘Woman Thou Art Loosed’. He also serves as Minister Of Music of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.

E. Gordon Wright is a true 21st Century musician, one who is proficient in all dimensions of jazz, R&B, pop, rock, blues, country, gospel, classical, oldies, movie hits or easy listening.

He is a recording artist, writer, composer producer and can be heard weekly as the host of Music Power Hour Radio Show, AEGRADIO, VTV NETWORK broadcasted nationally! His music can be heard on radio & television nationally & internationally.

His latest singles Soul Reflection & He Loves Me are available on all music platforms & upcoming new single Only Believe is schedule for release in January 2023!
